Members of St. Kate's community may access the gallery via keycard access at this time Tuesday and Thursdays 12–7:30pm and Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 12–5pm

The gallery is closed on Sunday and Monday.

Note: The gallery is closed during all University holidays. For more information, please consult the standard academic calendar.

Where we are

The Catherine G. Murphy Gallery is located on the 1st floor of the Visual Arts Building and is best reached by using campus Gate 3 located on Randolph Ave., between Cleveland Ave. and Fairview Ave., across from Prior Ave.

After entering the gate make an immediate right. The Visual Arts Building is directly ahead, Building 12 on the campus map.

Parking on campus is free and open to the public after 5 pm every day of the week. Please use street or Guest Parking if visiting before 5 pm. When using Guest Parking please visit the Public Safety Office, Building 15 on the campus map, to register your vehicle and obtain a Guest Parking Permit.

Accessible Entrance is available at the building's back door entrance, toward the east end of the building. Please push the button located at this door. It rings the desk attendant who will remotely unlock the back door. Do not turn the door handle, just pull to obtain entry. Follow the signage, and take the elevator to the first floor.
